Yoga in Nature at the Heart of Saklı Kundura
Yoga with Damla Mısıroğlu in the peaceful atmosphere of Saklı Kundura
Saklı Kundura, a new venue where the historic fabric of the site blends with nature, could well be called Beykoz Kundura’s hidden paradise.
Would you like to step into a tranquil calm, surrounded by nature, without leaving the city? Accompanied by birdsong and rustling leaves, Saklı Kundura offers a unique yoga atmosphere where you can rest both body and soul. Nestled in nature, a meeting point for peace and the search for inner balance, Saklı Kundura is an escape route for anyone who wants to get away from the noise of city life.
In this hidden paradise, home to every shade of green, our yoga event led by experienced yoga instructor Damla Mısırlıoğlu will take place on Saturday morning, July 5, from 09.00 to 10.30.
*We kindly ask participants to bring their own yoga mats.
Damla Mısırlıoğlu
An experienced yoga instructor based in Istanbul, she is fascinated by the creativity and intelligence of the body. Professionally involved in modern dance and ballet from an early age, she graduated from the Royal Academy of Ballet in 2003. She brings her knowledge of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga into her classes, blending it with inspiration drawn from music.
Offering an inclusive and original experience that unites mindful movement with the breath, Damla continues to share her practice through studio classes as well as workshops, retreats and trainings.
