The protection of personal data is among the top priorities of Yıldırım Beykoz Kundura Turizm İnşaat ve Yatırım A.Ş. (“Beykoz Kundura”). Accordingly, in order to fulfill its obligation to inform arising from Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and from the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform (the “Communiqué”), Beykoz Kundura presents the following explanations to the attention of our valued customers, our suppliers and all persons concerned who use our website at the domain https://beykozkundura.com/ (the “Website”). In addition to fulfilling our obligations under the legislation, this Privacy Notice has been prepared so that we can offer our users a good customer experience.

Within this scope, this Privacy Notice contains information on the identity of the data controller and, if any, its representative; the purposes for which personal data will be processed; to whom and for what purposes personal data may be transferred; the method and legal basis of personal data collection; and the other rights of the data subject listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.

1. Legal Basis and Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data
The personal data of our customers and of persons using the Website are collected and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye in particular, as well as the KVKK and other relevant legislation, and with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 and the provisions of other relevant legislation.

Although they may vary depending on the nature of the service, product or commercial activity offered by Beykoz Kundura, your personal data are collected and processed by automated or non-automated means, through channels such as events, social media platforms and our websites, verbally, in writing and electronically, on the basis of our customers’ explicit consent or approval, or in accordance with the provisions of the legislation and the personal data processing conditions set out in the KVKK, and in line with the legal grounds specified in this Privacy Notice.

To fulfill our obligations arising from the KVKK and other legislation in force, and to exercise our rights arising from the legislation
4. Transfer of Your Personal Data
As a rule, your personal data are not transferred by Beykoz Kundura to third parties without the explicit consent of the persons concerned, within the scope of the rules set out in the legislation and the purposes specified in this Privacy Notice. However, in order to carry out our activities, your personal data may be shared with the program partner institutions and organizations we cooperate with; third parties acting as service providers and/or intermediary service providers; our business partners providing special integrator services; third parties providing independent audit services; domestic/foreign persons and institutions from which we obtain cloud data storage services; third parties acting as service providers and/or intermediary service providers from which we obtain ticketing services; domestic/foreign organizations with which we have agreements for sending commercial electronic messages to our customers; our financial advisors; the banks we have agreements with; payment service providers; various domestic and foreign agencies, advertising companies and survey companies within the scope of various marketing activities carried out to serve you better and ensure customer satisfaction; other domestic/foreign third parties and our relevant business partners, shareholders and affiliates; as well as third parties from which we obtain services under a contractual relationship, our lawyers, our consultants, and public institutions and private legal entities legally authorized to request such data.

Within the scope of the services it obtains from third parties, Beykoz Kundura may direct the persons concerned to different websites through various forms on the Website. In such cases, Beykoz Kundura includes the necessary notices and/or logos on its Website to make it clear that the service is provided by third parties. In these cases, the necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent violations of rights during the transfer of data to third parties. Beykoz Kundura is not responsible for violations arising from the data protection policies of third parties or occurring within the area of risk under the responsibility of the third party.

5. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
We would like to remind you that, under the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed; to request information if they have been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom they are transferred; to request their correction if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request their deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; to request that the operations carried out be notified to the third parties to whom they have been transferred; to object to a result against you arising from their analysis exclusively through automated systems; and to request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to their processing in violation of the KVKK.

If you submit your requests regarding the rights listed above to Beykoz Kundura in writing, Beykoz Kundura will conclude your request free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, Beykoz Kundura will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

To exercise these rights, you may submit your request in writing, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK, by filling out the Application Form and sending it to Beykoz Kundura’s address at “Yalıköy Mah. Süreyya İlmen Cad. No: 1 D: 6 Beykoz/ İSTANBUL,” enclosing your name, surname and signature; your Turkish ID number if you are a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye, or, if you are not, your nationality, passport number or ID number, if any; your residential or business address for notifications; your email address and telephone number for notifications; the subject of your request; and the necessary information and documents to verify your identity.
