Beykoz Kundura is a production site that hosts professional film shoots and events. To ensure the safety of the sets and the sustainability of operations, visitors are admitted only on event days. On these days, visitors have access only to the event areas and food and drink areas such as the café. 

Outside of events, you can dine at Demirane restaurant on any weekday by making a reservation, and you can also visit the exhibition of the Kundura Hafıza Archive and Research Center by registering in advance.

Beykoz Kundura is a special protected site, with factory buildings listed as second-degree historic monuments and rich vegetation. To preserve this valuable heritage, filming fire, explosion and similar special-effects scenes is not permitted. 

Beykoz Kundura is an industrial heritage site that has been preserved through adaptive reuse. Due to our busy filming schedule and institutional policy, we do not host weddings. 

Yes, we offer Cinema and Television students free use of the venue. For detailed information and to apply, you can contact us at info@beykozkundura.com. 

Kundura Hafıza’s permanent exhibition “Kundura’s Memory: A World Fit into a Factory” is free of charge. To visit, you need to choose a day and time on our website and register in advance.

Yes, each visitor must register separately for exhibition visits. 

The film studios are not open to visitors. On the Beykoz Kundura grounds, you may visit only the exhibition or event areas you have registered for. 

Yes, for school and group visits, you can request a tour of the exhibition tailored to you by contacting us at hafiza@beykozkundura.com. 

Yes, university students may visit the Beykoz Kundura site for educational purposes. A specific protocol applies to these visits. You can find the protocol text on our website, on the “Exhibition” page, in the “Visit Information” section. 

Yes, the Kundura Hafıza Archive and Research Center is open to professional researchers. To do research in the archive, you need to make an appointment by sending information about your work to hafiza@beykozkundura.com. 

Yes, you can donate items from your archive either physically or in digital format. Once the donation form has been signed, the items are digitized and returned to you. 

Yes, Beykoz Kundura has a large parking area for private vehicles. On event or exhibition days, visitors can easily park their cars. 

The exhibition is open to visitors on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 13:00 – 20:00.

For exhibition and event registrations, no separate confirmation email is sent apart from the “Registration Received” message displayed during the registration process. As this message indicates, your registration has been successfully received and processed in the system.

You can easily reach Beykoz Kundura by a variety of transportation options: 

  • City Lines ferries from Üsküdar: Daily departures between 11:35–19:10. 
  • City Lines ferries from Yeniköy: Daily departures between 07:00–23:30.
  • City Lines ferries from Sarıyer: Daily departures between 06:45–20:30.
  • City Lines ferries from İstinye: Daily departures between 07:20–21:00.
